its the most wonderful time of the year!

no,i am not talking about christmas.january is probably the time when science olympiad is at full charge.we forget it all during the holidays and then cram it all in during the small time span of january-early march.luckily though this year my partner and i decided on being the teams study girls.yes, we have been cramming on trees, genes, and rocks since the beginning of january.us homeschool nerds get the most excited about studying (:
this year my poor brother and his partner decided on "mission possible." and i say from experience it is probably the hardest event in the book!good luck boys!
i commemorate my sister on choosing 3 events in her first year of science olympiad.shes only in 3rd grade!
and i am hoping me and my partner can memorize a gazillion and three things before the first saturday of march...
for those of you who have no idea what science olympiad is,it is a  contest/event where science crazy kids study or build for an event  and test their smarts against other kids from the county.if your school has a high on points they can continue on to state and eventually regionals
hopefully this will be the year for our modest connecting waters school to go all the way. go tigers!!!
